Chatbot Platform

The Platform maintains a status page that gives real-time updates on any incidents, outages, degradation in the API platform, and external carrier connections. It uses Status Page by Atlassian to communicate how products and global carriers are performing on a single page.

Super Network is becoming more sophisticated and detecting carrier service outages and network degradation. To get out of this problem, we discovered a way to visually represent carrier outages and degradation vs products.

Our design team worked through technical and brand constraints. With the completion of the design, our engineering team built a visual layer inside of the Status Page system that would indicate how a carrier outage may impact a service like Programmable Voice or SMS.
