It maintains a status page that gives real-time updates on any incidents, outages, degradation in the API platform. It uses Status Page by Atlassian to communicate how products are performing on a single page by region-specific. The page is becoming more sophisticated and detecting component outages and network degradations. To get out of this problem, we discovered a way to visually represent their outages and degradations vs products. It has a region-specific US/Europe toggle at the top of the page that impacts the Past Incident textbox as well as the component textbox. Differentiate the US from EU Incident History Work with New Relic’s UX to change the region information is reflected in the Incident and update Scheduled Maintenance section designing. Also, reformat the Incident History section of the status page and improve legibility. Adjust Component Icon Sizing: Work with a UX team to resize the Component Icon sizing to improve visibility.
